Terms of service

1. The service

Trust Domains (operated by DomaiNPro OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia) sells domains from its own portfolio. Listings show the metrics and price we hold for each domain; a listing is an invitation to submit a request, not a binding offer until a manager confirms availability in writing.

2. Requests and contracts

A submitted request creates no payment obligation. The deal is concluded when both parties sign the transfer agreement and the invoice is issued. Prices are final as listed; no broker or buyer fees apply.

3. Transfers

Transfers are initiated from our registrar account after payment clears, typically within 1-5 business days. If a domain becomes unavailable before transfer, the buyer chooses between a full refund or a comparable replacement.

4. Acceptable use

Buyers are responsible for how acquired domains are used after transfer. We screen listings for spam footprints before sale but cannot control post-transfer usage.

5. Accounts

Accounts are created on first email sign-in and identified by that email. One active request per domain per account; up to 10 requests per account per day.
