What we collect and why

• Email at sign-in — operates your account and processes your requests (legal basis: performance of your request).
• Email in the gate / digest forms — the digest is a separate opt-in; the gate email is stored to unlock catalog access.
• Order details (contact method, contact value, comment) — passed to the manager handling your request.
• Server-side analytics events — funnel measurement without cookies or cross-site identifiers (legitimate interest).

Processors

• Transactional email provider (codes, invoices).
• Telegram — receives order notifications in the managers' chat; this is a transfer of personal data to a third party.
• Analytics (only after cookie consent; server-side events run without consent).

Retention

Orders: 24 months (accounting and dispute history). Logs: 90 days. IPs in analytics events: 30 days. On account deletion the email is replaced with a pseudonym, contacts are cleared, sessions are removed, subscriptions are marked unsubscribed; orders stay anonymised.
